What trick has been done on ZLib.cs hack?

Postby ntony on Sun Nov 02, 2008 3:35 pm

I have read the source of ZLib.cs which solve the libz compression library problem.

I'm wondering what is the dll "z" which imported for *nix. Where is the "z" located?

What do you mean?
As far as I know SunUO use no dll for ZLib compression but shared library for Linux and a system dll for Windows.
If you wish to know where is your shared library in linus try to use the "whereis" command. Like this way:
whereis zlib
most probably you'll find it's header file in the /usr/include directory.
I don't know where is in Windows but as far as I remember most dlls are in the /windows/system32 directory or something similar.
My apologize, I don't use windows anymore.
